• Purchase data. When you buy, Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, collects your name, email, billing country and payment details under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your full card details. Paddle shares your name, email, country and order details with us so we can deliver the Kit and support you.
• Contact data. Anything you send us by email.
• Usage data. Only if you accept analytics or advertising cookies: pages viewed, clicks, device and approximate location, collected through Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity.
• Essential data. A record of your cookie choice, and the data the checkout needs to function.

• To deliver the Kit, provide support and honour refunds — performance of our contract with you.
• To send emails about your purchase and, where you have agreed, related emails you can unsubscribe from at any time — contract or consent.
• To measure and improve our pages and advertising — your consent, given through the cookie banner.
• To keep records required for tax and accounting — legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal data.

Paddle (payments, tax, invoicing), HighLevel (website hosting, email and customer records), and Google, Meta and Microsoft (analytics and advertising, only after consent). These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, relying on their standard contractual safeguards where required.

Essential cookies stay on because the checkout needs them. Analytics and advertising cookies load only after you click Accept, and you can change your choice at any time with “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

Purchase and accounting records are kept for as long as tax law requires. Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to support you. Analytics data follows each provider’s retention settings, kept at the shortest practical period.

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

The Kit is for parents and carers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and we ask you not to send us identifying details about your child.

If we change this policy we will update this page and, for significant changes affecting data you have already given us, tell you before they apply.
