These terms govern your purchase and use of The Late Talker Kit. By buying or using the Kit you agree to them.
Who we are
The Late Talker Kit is published by Early Words Studio, a sole proprietorship of Ali Jatoi based in Sindh, Pakistan (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at [email protected]. Our postal address is on the Contact page.
Our order process is conducted by Paddle
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
What you are buying
The Late Talker Kit is a digital educational product for parents: written guides, printable worksheets, routines and reference material, delivered electronically immediately after purchase. Nothing physical is shipped. The price shown on the sales page at the time of purchase is the price you pay; Paddle adds any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country at checkout.
Not medical or clinical advice
The Kit is general educational information for parents. It is not a diagnosis, an assessment, speech-language therapy, or a substitute for advice from a licensed speech-language pathologist, paediatrician or other qualified professional. It does not create a clinician–patient relationship. If you have any concern about your child’s hearing, development or health, consult a qualified professional.
Your licence
On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Kit within your own household. You may print the materials for that use. You may not resell, share, redistribute, publish, upload or sublicense the Kit or any part of it, or use it to provide paid services to others, without our written permission. All content remains the intellectual property of Early Words Studio.
Refunds
The Kit is covered by our 30-Day Operational Guarantee, set out in full in the Refund Policy. That guarantee is in addition to, and never instead of, any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
No guaranteed outcome
Every child develops differently. We do not promise any specific result, timeline or level of progress from using the Kit.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Kit is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in force when you bought the Kit applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have where you live.
